Discovery and development for an MVP of Invesco’s model portfolio service.

Design the UX and UI for a stand alone app to validate that an MVP of a product could be launched in months rather than a year.
Initially I was hired to design the UX and UI for ‘Basecamp’ Invesco’s model portfolio service for financial advisers. Marcus Staas, Head of Digital Product Management wanted to show that a product could be developed in a much shorter timescale than usual.

I went on to work on a number of other projects, from creating a concept design for an Invesco ESG infographic, to auditing and standardising components for Invesco’s CMS which was Adobe experience manager.
Design a stand alone Web App for Invesco’s Model Portfolio service. To prove within Invesco that a stand alone WebApp could be quickly developed and released. Then to test if there was a market for access to Invesco’s Model Portfolio Service via a digital subscription, for the UK mass adviser market, which is made up of 5000+ small firms with less than 5 advisers.
As a side project I saw that lots of teams were commissioning their own research on customer journeys and the overall experience of purchasing and using Invesco products. Rather inspired by Neri Oxman’s Krebs Cycle of Creativity I wanted to see if any common themes or ideas emerged.
Create a series of web pages to display a breakdown of how ‘green’ each of Invesco’s ESG funds really were, by designing a series of interactive infographic for the customer to explore.
